What to expect at your first visit

New patients are encouraged to schedule a New Patient Examination at their first visit to our clinic. During this appointment we will go through your medical and dental history and talk about any issues you may be concerned with in regards to your oral health. We will take a full mouth series of x-rays then the doctor will see you for a full examination. This is where we will create a treatment plan for you and address any concerns you may have.

Note: if you have updated x-rays from another clinic please let us know so that we can have them transferred to our clinic. We will then adjust your appointment to what is required to have an updated chart for you.

Cancellations:

We understand that sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations or changes made more than two business days prior to your scheduled appointment: We will be happy to help you find a time and day which will work better for you.
  • Cancellations or changes made within two business days of your scheduled appointment: A cancellation fee may be charged.
